rreceived the stone with faulty printing. Paint/stain was so messy that the text is very hard to read. I have been trying to contact the number on my receipt for an exchange, but no one ever answers or returns my calls, even though I leave all the info they request. Order from this company only if you dare! More trouble than it is worth.

When I received this in the mail, the packaging was very poor and it was cracked in 3 places. Now, after painfully putting my dog to rest and looking forward to having this as his memorial, I was very disappointed. I would not order this again as it likely would be delivered broked again with such poor packaging.
